Introduction to the course:
Today, the issue of stock valuation has become one of the most important issues for investors and shareholders, because based on the valuation models, they can value their securities and decide on buying or selling their securities based on that. Moreover, valuation can be considered the common aspect of all financial activities. Investing, financing and conducting corporate finance each consider valuation as part of their operational and executive process.
The materials presented in this course are practical and the purpose of this course is to prepare the participants for the valuation of companies' shares; therefore, the presentation of any purely theoretical content is omitted. During the course by dealing with different examples, it is tried to transfer the knowledge and skills necessary to the participants to solve real world problems.
